Patriotism? Are we under Martial Law Yet?

The word and sentence google voyeurs watching for key incriminating phrases like “T e r r o r I s t” and “I l l u m I n a t i” are sitting back in their big leather McCarthy chairs waiting to pounce. But this time around they are giving us enough time to fully incriminate ourselves with pages and pages of blogs for evidence to provide in court, post haste, first. Our crime is to influence, "politically" and has NOTHING to do with any act of violence!
Freedom of speech has been culled, no longer exists according to certain newly drawn up laws to serve the new agenda. Check out the patriot act, it is not about patriotism AT ALL! The acronym USA PATRIOT stands for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism.

And we know that just about anything now is “terrorism”!So here I sit knowing full well that I am writing my own gag order, UNLESS we all wake up to the reality of the American Nightmare right now!
As far as Martial law is concerned it is not quite at the stage where our civil liberties are at stake, martial law as declared in Congress by Speaker Pelosi as I understand it is when they try to rush a bill through and vote on it before the members have time to read the fine print. Anyone with more info?

Hey I am taking it easy today, I finally launched my new website, just in time for the neo-depression!

The Fall

Before,
When gold conjured autumn,
And pure water
Ran free through summer times
Not yet lining financiers pockets,
Whose wanton acts are now whet
With the fall of fall itself.

When Bison roamed in herds
And were heard and listened to
As closely as water
Falling its natural,undiverted path.
Not yet damned.

The wind now stirs
In these fall trees unbended,
Heralding white-rightful winters
Where ice floes bouy themselves
As nature had intended,
And women still
Claim their reflections
In trees and rock, sky and rivulet,
Before when gold was an element
And sanity still clement.

Gold, in the color of leaves
Turning and falling
Seasons now marked
By our invasive wake,
How and when did we become
More than we ourselves can take?
