Our nature and our essence is nature. Cities are incongruent with this. Why are we even here? We were not meant to be robots working to pay mortgages that we might never see the light of our children sparkle in our eyes. Is it not the path of natural evolution of the mind to spark with future generations and have AH Ha moments? I say throw your TV away and create your own definition of life as you would love to see it lived. Ask for help. Break the cycle and feed your mind.
