Brain Cleanse

Remember the passion with which the German people embraced Hitler? Everyone brainwashed into gathering en masse to welcome him and chant. I feel that is happening now again in a more covert 2008 kind of way. I feel it in my bones. Having been raised in a police state, (apartheid South Africa) I can smell and feel martial law on the horizon. I witnessed something very close to martial law at the RNC in St. Paul this month. Hey who cares everything seems fine right now apart from the housing collapse, the storms and the collapse of the economy. Well we only have a few months to go to find out now, don't we?

My friend says the best thing to do is be prepared as best you can, but I think also that we must study up on the facts. Starting with the John Warner Defense Act of 2007, The military commission act of 2006, and the new law, PDD51 that openly states that the "white house" is a dictatorship and that congress has no authority.

We all need to be
Made aware of our insanity.
In order to exonerate ourselves
From a certain death sentence
Served up in brainwash juice
Dished out free
And on the loose.

We poison our life force
The air we breathe
By driving vehicles
That propel us forth
At insane speeds
That kill animals left and right
As we fly through the night

We relieve ourselves
Of bodily waste
In clean drinkable water
And then drink contaminated water
Tainted with human waste
And then wipe away
Whatever is left
With products made from trees
That supply the air we breathe.

Our way of life kills species
At such a rate and with such speed
We cannot even monitor the losses
Caused by our insatiable greed.

We spend hours in front of screens
Self-inflicting our own brainwashing schemes
To the point where
A bomb killing one hundred thousand
Flies through the air
And we don’t even realize that,
We have forgotten how to care.

And all around us nature waits aghast
For us to realize very fast
That she is the most sophisticated entertainment system of all,
The greatest economist
And the greatest artist,
And once we brain cleanse and look to her
We cannot possibly fall.

Yet first there is the wall
To climb
To find the reason
And the rhyme
